  Very poor customer service! I will not be using their service again. I called at 8:30 am on the day of pick up to confirm that the truck coming to pick up my pallet had a liftgate. They informed me that it did. I also told them that my hours of operation were from 8 am to 6 pm. At 5:45 pm I called to know if they were still coming and was told that they didn't have a truck with a liftgate in the area and that they would have to reschedule the pick up until Monday. This is a perfect example of how NOT to run a professional trucking company. I will do business elsewhere as this was a very bad first impression. Based on other customer reviews, it seems to be the standard company culture. I'll gladly pay more to receive a decent level of customer service.
