  I had a great experience with this dealership..... until there were issues with the vehicle I purchased... within 3 weeks of purchase the car stalled in the middle of driving down the 290 in rush hour, I took the car to the shop that mark set the appointment for, thought all was great. Now 5 weeks later my car is doing the same thing I called the garage to find out they cleaned the parts but recommended they be changed which I was not informed about this, I was told because of the higher amount of miles I had on the car ( which I drive a lot for work and was doing Christmas shopping ) which is also why I needed a dependable vehicle. So because I actually use the vehicle for what I bought it for it’s my fault it broke down..... um not! Then I get told “ if I could predict when a car is going to break down I would be rich” ummm we all would but if you sell a vehicle and it breaks down that fast you should stand behind your vehicle! In no way should I have to deal with this, not even 2 months after purchase it is doing the same exact thing and have dealt with being felt like it is my fault. When I looked at this car it was priced at 9,999... when I took my fiancé to look, it was raised to 10,000..... ok it’s only a buck no biggie, then signed all the papers trusting them..... my mistake was charged 10,500 not what was agreed but being my stupidity I signed without reading and trusted them... my bad. Was told brand new tires, full tank of gas and full cleaning would be done, when we went to do the paperwork the tires were at 75% tread which I believe was much lower. All in all I would definitely be thorough because I am now stuck trying to get a timing chain fixed and my car has manual shift that does not and has never worked was told “ nobody ever uses that anyway “ not the point I just paid you more then agreed and for that price EVERYTHING should work and last way more then 2 weeks, on top of all that I had to deal with blown fuses. Stand behind your vehicles! I had originally left a great review but not even 2 months into this car and all these problems and have to come up with the money to fix it on top of being overcharged. Just be careful!! I will edit this again as it is now nearing 3 months that this car has been in the shop, The warranty would be great if the engine did not need all this work within 7 weeks of purchasing a $10,000 car! As the car sits in the shop waiting for warranty work I find out more issues that seem like they were covered up, the head had to be sent out and fixed at MY cost, catalytic converter has to be replaced at my cost of $516, exhaust manifold $146 all at my cost because the warranty does not cover any of this!! I understand that obviously no one person can predict when a car is going to have issues, but this car was in the shop 2 weeks after purchasing it, oil was half low......um here is your sign something is wrong, was told exhaust leak but nothing major and here the whole manifold was cracked across the top with a crappy weld job. When I looked at the car I was told brand new tires.....um nope there are photos of a crack all the way around the tire. So here I trust this place to do a good job and was awesome to work with at first until this happened. We asked if they could help pay even half to help, I have had this car just over 4 months and 3 of them have been in the shop. NOPE won't help at all !!!! My friend referred me to this place and she had issues as well but referred me anyway because Mark was a nice guy. NOW I'M SCREWED I am going to end up paying thousands of dollars to have my car back, So I purchased a piece of junk, and not knowing or knowing what was wrong, doing the right thing and backing up your sale and name would not have been hard, any kind of help would have been so greatly appreciated, but nothing but lies. I cannot believe this has happened! To those of you who have had a great experience and vehicles with no issues, You are so lucky!!! I pray to god that you continue to have no issues or you might just know what I am feeling. Good luck to you!
